Frequently Asked Questions

No, while access to water and an outlet is preferred, we will bring our own electric if necessary. We will need access to water for the time being, interior only appointments we will not need access to water. We will supply everything else including any hoses and extension cords.


We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Checks, Gift Cards, and Venmo.


No. If you can book it and you are within our service range, we will provide the service. 


Yes, in most cases we can detail your car at an apartment complex or work. We will need access to off street parking and sufficient room to work. There must be enough space for a truck, small trailer, and your vehicle doors to fully open. It is the client responsibility for getting proper approval for us to be on the premises.


Each detail service has its own scheduled time when booking based on the average time it takes for that service. These times are only estimates because it is hard to judge how long it will take before seeing the vehicle in person. The actual appointment is based on the condition of the vehicle.


Absolutely. If you have more than one car you would like done at a time we can certainly do that. Simply select the first detail and then add the "2nd Vehicle" Detail at the same time when scheduling your appointment. For 3 or more vehicles scheduled at a time please contact us.


Working almost exclusively outside we constantly keep an eye on the weather. When we reach out to you the day before your appointment we will have already looked at the weather forecast. If it looks like the possibility of rain, we will either move the appointment to another day that works for you, or if available, work out of your covered garage. The choice is up to you and we will work with you.


We kindly ask you to remove all personal belongings prior to the appointment. We will set aside any items we find in the car. We will throw out any trash. 


No. That is what is so great about the fact we come to you. The process can be scheduled completely contactless and you do not need to be home as long as the vehicle is available. We frequently detail cars while people are on vacation.


We serve the whole Capital Region area. Our service area is a 45-minute driving distance from Clifton Park, NY depending on the service. Accommodations can be made for multiple details at the same time. Some of our service areas include:

Since we are mobile, we do not remove seats that are bolted down. However, we will remove child car seats if you request. We will not buckle the car seat back in.
